WHAT DOES A SALES PROCESS LOOK LIKE

After we have explained the brokerage agreement to you and all questions have been answered to your satisfaction and our way of brokering has your approval, the sales campaign will start. It does entail some homework for the seller before all data has been collected before the start of the sale. In the meantime, we meet with our regular photographer & measuring instructor and, where desired, a Real Estate stylist if it concerns an home without furniture.

In addition to the well-known sales site FUNDA, the advertisement will be placed continuously and online on, among others, the Lengers Housing website, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. we will publicize the project as much as possible. We have a file of "seekers". These prospective buyers will be informed of the relevant sale by means of a mailing and will be invited to make a viewing. Our employees would always give interested parties a personal tour per viewer and transfer and forward all relevant information.

We prefer to set out the last above matters in consultation with the seller.

With great pleasure and years of knowledge, we fully assist with, among other things, agreeing the purchase agreement, delivery and term, the possible takeover of movable property and conditions and the final inspection upon delivery. Of course we accompany  you to the Notary. In this way we provide optimal support when selling the property.
